Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within a timely manner, please verify that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and required information.

PROCESSING 

We know you want your order ASAP. We are just as excited for you to receive your new BETE nails! Our warehouse is located in Atlanta, the United States, and the orders of shipping services currently covers US only. 

All orders will be shipped within 48 business hours after the order is placed through the United States Postal Service (USPS), ensuring that the products can be delivered to you in a timely manner.

TRANSIT INFORMATION

Under normal circumstances, you can receive the goods within 7 working days. Although we will make every effort to ensure that the goods are delivered within 7 working days, transportation delays may occur due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, public holidays, etc.). We will actively communicate and coordinate with USPS and provide you with timely feedback on the shipping status of your order.Shipping, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there will be no surprise fees at delivery.

TRACKING

You're able to track your package every step of the way. Once your order ships a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking details, will be sent to the email address associated with your order. 

DELIVERY ISSUES

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package immediately.  They will be able to assist you in recovering your package.
