1. Return Policy
1.1 Return Period
If you are not satisfied with the purchased BETE products, you can initiate a return within 30 days of purchase at. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and all accessories are complete.

1.2 Return Process
You need to log in to your account on our website, select the corresponding order in the order history, and apply for a return. Fill in the return reason and other necessary information as prompted by the system. We will review and send you a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions via email within 24 - 48 hours after receiving the return application.
Package the goods, attach the return authorization number, and send them back to our designated return address using a trackable courier service. The return postage shall be borne by you, unless there is a quality problem with the product itself.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Exchange Conditions
If the product you received has the wrong size, color, or style compared to what you purchased, or there is a quality problem with the product, you can apply for an exchange within 60 days of purchase.
2.2 Exchange Process
Similar to the return process, first apply for an exchange in the website account, indicating the exchange reason and the information of the product to be exchanged. We will review your application and, upon approval, send you an exchange authorization and detailed exchange instructions.
Send the original product back to us. After we receive and inspect it, we will send you the replacement product. We will guide you on how to send the product back to us for repair. For minor damage caused by normal wear and tear, we will also try our best to provide you with a reasonable repair plan based on the actual situation, and a certain cost for repair materials may be charged.

6.2 Products in Promotional Activities
Products purchased during promotional activities also follow the above return, exchange, and refund policies. However, if the product is a free gift or part of a bundled sale with other products, the entire set of products must be returned when returning, otherwise, it may affect your refund amount.
